  2. Hey @compsmith - Thanks for reaching out. Can you check and see if the monitoring policy of the S.M.A.R.T. alert is assigned to the device? Navigate to devices > device list > policies > (refer to the image)

Hey @Nac Critical - Thanks for reaching out. To enable AD they can use this script: Set-ItemProperty -Path "HKLM:\Software\MMSOFT Design\PC Monitor\" -Name MonitorAD -Value 1 For SQL it isn't possible through this approach as the username and password is required. Let me know if you need more assistance😊

  13. I'm the Administrator for my business. I have assigned myself as the default technician for all new service tickets. The tickets show up in the Pulseway and PSA websites, but not in the phone app. What do I need to do to get tickets to show up in the iPhone app? Never mind. I found it. I had changed the password for PSA and didn't reconnect the services.
  14. I have S.M.A.R.T. disk error notification enabled as critical for all our Windows machines but I have one machine that has a failing SSD according to CrystalDiskinfo but no notification was sent/reported with Pulseway. Is there a known issue with S.M.A.R.T. disk error notifications? Or is there a configuration error I made?

  17. We’ve just rolled out Pulseway 9.15, and it’s a pretty major update. Here’s what’s new: 🔐 KaseyaOne Unified Login Single sign-on is now available. You can access Pulseway and your other Kaseya tools with one login, and navigate between them via a new app launcher (the waffle icon). 🧑‍💼 Access Groups (RBAC) User access can now be synced with KaseyaOne roles. Define permissions once and apply them across systems. Much easier to manage at scale. 🤖 Cooper Insights Cooper (Kaseya’s AI engine) is now integrated into Pulseway. It flags issues like missing patch policies, unassigned workflows, or unused features—so you can fix them before they become problems. 🧭 Centralized Experience Support tickets, billing, modules, navigation—all unified under one roof. This release is less about new buttons and more about making everything smoother, smarter, and more centralized for you. Read all about it here: Release Notes.

  21. Hey everyone, I am new to Pulseway & started exploring the platform for monitoring my servers and IT infrastructure. I am impressed with how easy the app is to use but I wanted to ask for some tips or best practices from more experienced users here. I want to know about what monitoring setups work best for small to medium businesses. such as, what are the must-have alerts or dashboards you rely on? Also, any suggestion on how to avoid alert fatigue would be super helpful because I am worried about getting bombarded with too many notifications. Also I want good Python tutorial to automate some monitoring tasks alongside Pulseway — if anyone has suggestions, that would be awesome. If you have any favorite plugins or integrations that make Pulseway even more powerful, I want to hear about those too. Thank you ..:)
  22. Hey @DahaS - You can find it next to the notifications icon on the dashboard above (refer to image). And if you want to know more about it, you can go to this KB: https://intercom.help/pulseway/en/articles/10095980-remote-control-on-demand 😊

  24. Hey @ww3361 - Thanks for reaching out. Question: is there a monitoring policy from the webapp is assigned to this device? Navigate to devices > device list > go to the device > policies
  25. I have no issue setting up and receiving notifications from pulseway on windows server 2019... apart from: >Low free memory Tested on two machines and it's totally ignored on both. I've tested changing %, high and low and I delete all notifications first, before testing. It is the only one I'm having issues with. CPU is fine. Uptime is fine. Processes and event logs.... fine. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hey @Happybattles - Can you upload a screenshot of the configuration steps on which parameters they are selecting to run the advanced templates reports?
  27. @Justin Wright Awesome! Let me know if you have any other questions :)

This looks like what I need. I never noticed that report template. Nice.

I will try this and follow up. Thank you.
  32. Hey @Justin Wright - Thanks for reaching out. You can use the tasks in the automation to run it on all the devices and post that run a task execution output report which will show the output of the script on the devices. Reporting > report templates > task execution output templates (refer to image) Let me know if this works for you😊

I'm trying to generate a report for a customer who doesn't understand how much work the automation I have in place is doing. But I can't generate any reports at all. Instead, I get this in my email: The PPD: Task Execution: Reset WUAU report failed to generate:: No systems that support advanced reporting found. What gives? I have everything turned on for monitoring. These are Windows 10/11 computers.

I found a PowerShell script that checks if the machine can run Windows 11. I can see the output in Pulseway after it runs when I click on the execution option. But I would like to run it for all of the customers machines and get the output all at once. Is there an easy way to do this in Pulseway automation?
  35. @Mariale_Pulseway - Thanks. Been down that road already but willing to try again. The result was the certificate DigiCertGlobalRootG2.crt only supports TLS 1.3 whereas I need TLS 1.2. The migration turned this whole well established concept on its head, and even though we have future plans to eventually upgrade our Server Core version, it works just fine now as a Hyper-V solution. So I am turning to the forum to find an answer. Is there a different certificate by chance? I can't imagine that Pulseway would give TLS 1.2 the one finger salute when it is still being utilized. Any ideas would be most helpful, thanks.
  36. Hey @Martin Akamphuber - We don't have this feature available and there's no timeline for this to come back.

  38. Hey @cts6288 @mchristensen - Thanks for reaching out. Our support would be able to assist you with this. I just raised a ticket on your behalf and they'll be in contact shortly😊
  39. Sick of typing “browser not working” like it’s Groundhog Day? We feel you. Your techs have better things to do than copy-paste the same ticket info 47 times a week. Here’s the scenario: A user skips the portal and pings your technician directly (again). Now they have to create the ticket manually. But instead of starting from scratch every time, Pulseway lets you use ticket templates to fill in the usual stuff fast. ⚡ Let’s break it down: Template Time: Create templates for common issues like browser errors or password resets—with fields already filled in and a couple quick prompts for the user. 📝 Timer: Pulseway auto-tracks time spent on tickets so your team doesn’t have to guess later. ⏱️ Pull Reports: Use those tracked hours to show higher-ups how much time goes into common issues—and make the case for more hands on deck if needed. 📊 Got a ticketing pain point you want us to cover next? Drop it in the comments—we’re listening. 👇
