Alex Ma
I do not have access to the buttons to get a subscription as shown in http://pulseway.com/support/getsubscription  Thanks.
Administrators Paul Posted April 10, 2013 Administrators Share Posted April 10, 2013 I believe that the Mac agent does not yet support subscription management. For this I think you will have to install the manager app on a Windows machine to do it. Â Note: If you install PC Monitor on a computer and you don't start the service, you can use the Manager app to manage your account and subscription without using up a PC Monitor computer license. testuser
Sorry....I am trying give you guys money to have 1 or 2 subscriptions for testing, but even after installing the Monitor Manager (or is it the Monitor Dashboard) on a pc, I can't find how. It should not be made so hard to buy subscriptions.... Â Also, on April 10 there was a question about why it's not possible to wake up Mac computers. The fact that there is still no answer from the moderators, is not too confidence-inspiring.
