Good morning,

Although new to Pulseway I have used Service Desk software from many different vendors.  What I am missing with Pulseway is email notifications of response to tickets I am dealing with.  I'm sure there is a simple way to accomplish this, but I can't seem to find it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Tony,

Are you referring to the Pulseway PSA? If so, you will need to enable a workflow for that under Admin -> Business Process -> Workflows (like 'Notify Client when a Note is Added').

Configure browser push notifications

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
