Guest Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 PC keeps waking up after the latest update Any idea?!
Staff Chris Posted February 26, 2020 Staff Posted February 26, 2020 Hi @ansred, I know it's a bit to late, however if this is still an issue, then I would suggest you to set up network traffic tracing on another system and then record a network traffic. This will allow us to determine from where are you receiving these Wake Up commands. None of our customers has reported similar issue.
Guest Posted March 3, 2020 Posted March 3, 2020 Hi @Chris I found the issue. Per the Firewall logs, some Geo-China IP addresses keeps hitting the NAT policy with UDP 9 and that wakes my PC! For example here is some trusted source of traffic coming from you (Pulsway) When I wake my PC FWAllowEnd disp=Allow pri=6 policy=Wake On Lan - UDP-9-00 protocol=discard/udp src_ip=69.65.40.236 src_port=60205 dst_ip=192.168.0.10 dst_port=9 dst_ip_nat=10.0.12.13 src_intf=0-eth0-External dst_intf=2-eth2-TP-Link rc=106 duration=30 geo_src=USA rcvd_bytes=0 sent_bytes=1052 3000-0151 Another bad traffic looks like this: FWAllowEnd disp=Allow pri=6 policy=Wake On Lan - UDP-9-00 protocol=discard/udp src_ip=114.114.114.114 src_port=53 dst_ip=192.168.0.10 dst_port=9 dst_ip_nat=10.0.12.13 src_intf=0-eth0-External dst_intf=2-eth2-TP-Link rc=106 duration=30 geo_src=CHN rcvd_bytes=0 sent_bytes=121 3000-0151 Could you please provide FQDN that contains the list of your IP addresses used for WakeOnLan service please. Thanks
