Looking for a script to create an automated task to empty the recycle bin.

Powershell try:

Clear-RecycleBin -force

Sorry i only tried on my computer and there it worked. I will try it in pulseway as a script as well.

rd /s /q %systemdrive%\$Recycle.bin

This CMD line will delete the RecycleBin content for all users, but in order to see the changes on a screen you will need to restart the explorer.exe.

You will need to create a Bach script. And run it as a Scheduled task.
