Posted May 18, 20159 yr Hi MMSOFT, We really like that Pulseway supports different Backup clients. Would it be possible to add Azure Backup to your todo-list? (Microsoft Azure Recovery Services Agent) Today we monitors it by eventlog-monitoring Eventlogs: CloudBackup Level: Error, Warning Sources: CloudBackup, WindowsAzureBackup There are also PowerShell Cmdlets for Azure Bakup: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh770400(v=wps.630).aspx Best Regards, Martin Stevnhoved
May 18, 20159 yr Staff Hi Martin, Thank you for your feedback. We've added Windows Azure Backup on our internal todo list. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support
September 9, 20168 yr I would like to add an up-vote for this. It's effectively the same console as Windows Backup - or close to it. With Windows 2016 around the corner, this is a very obvious choice for cloud backup. We're using it across the board on all Windows servers, would be nice to get proper reporting.
September 14, 20168 yr Author We have ended up by designing a plugin, that gets the time for the last successfully backup in the event log. It then raises a notification, if the timespand exceeds our threshold. Even though it works fine, we would like to see it as a native module in Pulseway.
