Martin Stevnhoved Posted May 18, 2015 Posted May 18, 2015 Hi MMSOFT, We really like that Pulseway supports different Backup clients. Would it be possible to add Azure Backup to your todo-list? (Microsoft Azure Recovery Services Agent) Today we monitors it by eventlog-monitoring Eventlogs: CloudBackup Level: Error, Warning Sources: CloudBackup, WindowsAzureBackup There are also PowerShell Cmdlets for Azure Bakup: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh770400(v=wps.630).aspx Best Regards, Martin Stevnhoved
Staff Chris Posted May 18, 2015 Staff Posted May 18, 2015 Hi Martin, Thank you for your feedback. We've added Windows Azure Backup on our internal todo list. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support
Damsonuk Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 This would be great. Is it going to be a long time?
Karl J Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 I would like to add an up-vote for this. It's effectively the same console as Windows Backup - or close to it. With Windows 2016 around the corner, this is a very obvious choice for cloud backup. We're using it across the board on all Windows servers, would be nice to get proper reporting.
Martin Stevnhoved Posted September 14, 2016 Author Posted September 14, 2016 We have ended up by designing a plugin, that gets the time for the last successfully backup in the event log. It then raises a notification, if the timespand exceeds our threshold. Even though it works fine, we would like to see it as a native module in Pulseway.
