BitDefender: In-product trial set-up, purchasing and provisioning now available

We have made it easier to quickly get the EDR protection you need by making it possible to trial, purchase and provision Bitdefender AV, including EDR, from within the Pulseway RMM. Users can set up a free trial from the AntiVirus section of the WebApp, then purchase directly from the billing section. The new license can than be provisioned directly from the WebApp as well.

Remote Control for macOS Performance Enhancements

We have launched an improved Remote Control engine for macOS that delivers speed and performance enhancements. The latest release also introduces support for monitor selection.

[PCMonitorSrv.exe is cleaned up by AV because it detected as virus and the pulseway service cannot be started]

Hey Aidil, 

Please add Pulseway as an exception in your Firewall and Antivirus, also whitelist Pulseway's IP address in your firewall. Then, delete the Pulseway installation folder from C:\Program files\Pulseway and kindly reinstall Pulseway, this should fix the PCMonitorSrv.exe issue.

Please contact the machine vendor to get the right OID,

1. If it is for HPE servers, you can get the OID information at the HPE SIM software. 
2. If it is for Dell servers/systems you can get the OID information from the Dell Open manage.

Hello there,

Unfortunately multiple accounts are not supported at the moment.

 

However, you can access the Pulseway Dashboard as a different user through 'Shift + right click' combination and run the application as a different user. It will bring up another instance of the dashboard.
