  1. We looked into this and will try to add it in a future release.
  2. We are definitely going to support file operations within the same computer initially and between different computers later on (as well as the ability to copy the file to the mobile device). Thanks for the suggestion.
  3. OK, we will look into replacing count.
  4. Is the server up to date in terms of Windows updates? Can you please install this hotfix: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;946517
  5. OS and IIS version will be useful, thank you.
  6. Thank you, we are investigating this and will reply once we have more details about the issue.
  7. Try this: Server Address: smtp.gmail.com Server Port: 587 SSL: on Account Name: *****@gmail.com From Email Address: *****@gmail.com
  8. The connection from that computer is being blocked. Please email us at support@pulseway.com and we will enable debug for that computer to get a better understanding of the issue.
  9. Nothing wrong on our servers. We will need more info to be able to advise you on this one like what operation are you trying to perform, from where and so on. If you could explain the "login crashed" it would be useful too. In most cases you need to set up the proxy or it's a firewall issue.
  10. Hi Randy, It's a good idea, we will implement this in a future release, thanks! SQL Server module will be available in 1-2 months.
  11. Yes, it will. One of the reason we won't be going the Group Policy way is because I want this to work on Linux/Mac as well, with ease.
  12. Hi Randy, We plan to add a SQL Server module. Thanks. Marius
  13. PC Monitor Enterprise Server comes with an Admin tool - it is there where we plan to define a common policy that will be applied to all computers or to specific groups. This will include common settings as well as rules, performance counters and notifications. We will add support for ADMX too (for cloud based subscriptions) but for the enterprise server we will prefer the Admin tool as it will give us a higher level of flexibility when it comes to app settings. When the PC Monitor starts on a computer it will automatically download the policy that will overwrite any local settings (where appropriate). We are confident that PC Monitor will scale and we are improving the solution all the time. We are welcoming all the suggestions, thank you for your input.
  14. Great. This is usually caused by a wrong date/time. What was the issue in your case?
  15. PC Monitor Enterprise Server supports unlimited accounts allowing you to split the areas of responsibility within your team by allowing multiple monitoring accounts and the ability to "share" the monitored computers and notifications between the team members. To enable this feature start PC Monitor app on the monitored computer and press the "Change Account Details" from the Accounts tab. From the "Associated Accounts" tab you can share any computers with other accounts as read only or full access with or without notifications. You can add multiple entries for the same account sharing a subset of computers as read only and another subset with full access.
  16. Sorry, the app is not available on all countries.
  17. Thank you, we are taking these requests into consideration and hope to add them in a future release. As for notifications when certain users log in you can use the Event Log watcher notification. For the rest we will need to add support. PowerShell is on the list and we hope to add it in the ver. 2.6 (2.5 is due for release in 1-2 weeks).

  19. Not yet, we will release beta 7 today.
  20. indeed. Remove will be supported from Windows Phone 7 as well as Linux, hopefully soon. If you need more help please email me your username.
  21. We added an extra check in PC Monitor for this kind of scenario and it will be available in the next release. The event watcher should be fired only when new events are written in the event log and not for the old ones. If this case does occur PC Monitor will compare the current system time with the event generated time. If there's a bigger of 5 minutes or more the event will be ignored.
  22. Thank you, we appreciate the support. To delete the computer start the PC Monitor Manager on any monitored computer. In the 'Account' tab click on 'Manage Registered Computers' button then select and remove the computer you no longer want to monitor. Another option is to simply swipe the computer in the computer list for iOS or long press on Android. A delete option will appear.
  23. The account you use must be assigned the management roles that allow Exchange to be managed.
