It's a very good idea and we will implement a repository that can be easily accessed from within the PC Monitor Manager app with features like browse, import and publish.

You've very welcome Ivan, glad it worked.
-
Please install 2.7 beta 3 available on the forum - it should solve the issue you are having.
-
it can be fixed by increasing the priority of the PC Monitor process (PCMonitorSrv.exe) - we will add an option in the next release for this and turn it on by default.
-

Yes, you had an old version installed - 2.6 sends the details differently now. Glad it works.

We need to have a closer look at this issue, it seems to be related to the .NET Framework 4 FULL installation. Ivan, I have sent you a message regarding a remote session to that machine.

The trial subscription is for testing the server modules (and screen view). After that, only these features won't be available - you will still be able to use all other features of the app and monitor up to 3 computers at no cost.
You can open a program in the context of a user by creating a scheduled task (with no trigger) and start that task from your mobile.
-
Screens view and all the server modules are available to paid subscribers only. It will allow you to view the screen.
Please have a look at the first page on www.pulseway.com - there's a table comparing the versions.

This is actually a very good question - at the moment "has stopped" assumes that is was running before - we will add the notification when the process never actually started.
-
Thank you Daniele, we are investigating this.
-
So you are getting this error when trying to edit the computer settings using the dashboard, right? Can you please export that config (without the account info) and send it to us by email?
-
It is, you can set a notification when a process has stopped after x minutes.
-
-
You can't collapse the groups - this is deliberate as Dashboard needs to display the computers with alerts.
-
-
Read / Unread notification support will be added in a future release.
-
Try deleting the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMMSOFT DesignPC Monitor key from that computer, import again the config and then press the Validate Account button. What is the result?

You're welcome.
-
Yes, you can.

When the service starts it loads some libraries required for the vmware module - it will take around 1-2 minutes to do that and it's a high intensive CPU operation. Once the VMware module is initialized the CPU usage should go down to 0.5% - 1% - if it stays as 100% all the time let us know.

Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows XP SP2 x64 Edition, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
The .NET Framework does not support all versions of every platform. For a list of the supported versions, see .NET Framework System Requirements.
I guess the OpenFileDialog and SaveFileDialog are not supported in Server Core. Will try to find a way around this.
