  1. Plugin data entry items are not supported yet but will be added in a future PC Monitor release.
  2. No. We will try to reproduce it here on Xp.
  3. OK, if you have push notifications enabled and you are getting an email it means your device is not getting a push notification token from Google servers. A custom ROM can cause this.
  4. do you have push notifications enabled for your PC Monitor account?
  5. Do you get notifications from other apps?
  6. Not yet, should be in the next 2-3 months.
  7. Thanks. Beta 5 does have the same Diagnostics tab under Settings tab.
  8. Update: This feature will be available in the next release.
  9. thanks - we'll consider this - we might add a clock bottom left (optional).
  10. Try installing the Beta 5 from this forum and post the log entries again.
  11. Open PC Monitor manager app installed on your computer and go to the Notification tab. There are two options there under the Users group, select the "Send a notification when a user logs in".
  12. Hi Peter, That's an interesting idea - if you use the Dashboard 24/7 you could indeed catch all the notifications. We will certainly consider this. Thanks. Marius
  13. You can use the PC Monitor app installed on your PC - press the "Subscription Details" button.
  14. Thank you, we might add this in the future.
  15. How would you detect that? Is there an event log entry written each time there's a failed login? If so, the event log watch could help but it will send a notification first time only. The best way is to write a client plugin for it.
  16. Thank you - we will implement it in a future release.
  17. by email will be better, thanks.
  18. This is a feature of the OS - the notifications are pushed from Microsoft Push Servers to your phone. Nothing to do with PC Monitor doing some background activity. This link will help you understand this mechanism: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff402558(v=vs.92).aspx
  19. You mean you are getting the push notifications?
  20. The app is not connecting to any servers while it is in the background. We will check the app again and if this is happening it is a bug and it will be fixed in the next release.
  21. 1) In this case, you can also do it from the mobile app. Simply swipe the offline computer in iOS or long press in Android/WP7 - a remove option will appear. 2) The monitored machine is in permanent contact with the servers without doing too much traffic - this is part of the monitoring capabilities and cannot be disabled.
  22. 1. You can simply remove the offline computer, no need to rebuild the machine... http://pulseway.com/support.php explains you how to do it 2. You are correct. The monthly data exchanged is around 20-30 MB/month. The only way to disable that is to uninstall PC Monitor from that computer.
