Hi,
When you created an account we also activated a trial subscription so you can test all the features.
Once that trial subscription expires you will still be able to monitor and manage up to 5 systems for non-commercial use.
As for commercial use, see the Terms of Service. If you monitor and manage more than one Windows Server it is considered commercial use.
Hope this helps.

When you remove the notification as an associated account the main account notification is cleared.
Once the main notification is deleted it will propagate to all the other associated accounts.
Can you please check that for that main account "Associated Accounts Can Clear Notifications" option is checked?

This seems to be a recent IE issue:

We could not reproduce this issue, could you please try again? If you still have an issue use a different browser.

Hi Luca,
Try this: http://forum.pulseway.com/topic/148-service-not-installed-on-winsbs-2011/ - it should work.
The idea is to remove the PC Monitor service and try the installation again.
Hope this helps.

Windows Login Password
in General
Hi,
PC Monitor runs as a service, you don't have to turn off any account password. In fact, you don't even need to be logged in for the PC Monitor service to start.
Hope this helps.
