As for RDP, we are working on it.Â

You will need to enable the offline notification for that system and then enable the email notifications for your account (by default only the push notifications are enabled).

Unfortunately this is NOT a PC Monitor problem but a Microsoft .NET Framework issue and it only affects certain systems that are upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 to Windows Server 2012 R2.

We are still looking for a solution here and we are in contact with Microsoft on this. As soon as we have more info we will let you know.

There is a limit (250) on the size of the notes, that's why you can't type any more in the notes view.
We will increase this in a future release.

You will get the access denied message if you set the device authentication in PC Monitor Manager and the app instance you are using is not on the list of devices authorised.
As for "No Screens Found" - this happens only if the PC Monitor agent has been updated, if you were to open PC Monitor Manager or re-login the screen(s) will appear.

It has nothing to do with the agent.
We have over 10,000 Windows 8.1 systems monitored so far with the same agent, all working.

This is not an issue with our PC Monitor service but a .NET Framework issue that occurs on a very limited number of cases.
Unfortunately we don't know when it will be fixed or what the fix is just yet. By enabling the diagnostic logging we determined that the OS does not initiate a service start at all.

Could you please set the PC Monitor service to start Automatically with a Delayed Start and let us know if it makes a difference? Thanks.

When you shared the systems with the associated account have you set up the share so the notifications are sent too?
If you shared the systems as read only the associated account would not have any rights to edit the config and so on. Could you please check?

That means you can remotely configure Asset Info Display settings, a feature that has been added in the 4.1 agent.

In this case Dashboard uses Microsoft Remote Desktop tool to do the connection on the public IP (or an IP you configure).
