Charlie Smith
I was able to generate reports for the systems I monitor the other day but when I view the reports I don't see how to generate new ones, all I see are the original ones I ran. Am I over looking something?
Charlie Smith
Sorry, just answered my own question I think. I found that I could generate a new report if I used the web app and not the window 8 app
Marius
Hi Charlie, You should be able to generate the reports on Windows 8 app as well. Can you provide us with the steps you are taking so we can better understand the issue? Thank you.
Charlie Smith
Right click on the Main screen to bring up task bar at the bottom and select reports icon, then click on the report I want and after a couple of seconds instead of displaying the results with the option to email I get the message NO Report Data. I have no problem if I use the web app or the android app.

Charlie Smith
Discovered a new problem today. When I try to view screens from systems I monitor either I get the message "Access Denied - Device not authorized" or "No Screens Found"
Marius
You will get the access denied message if you set the device authentication in PC Monitor Manager and the app instance you are using is not on the list of devices authorised. As for "No Screens Found" - this happens only if the PC Monitor agent has been updated, if you were to open PC Monitor Manager or re-login the screen(s) will appear. Hope this helps.
