i just found the app PC Monitor. And in the LAN network it works fine and everything is okay. But i want to configure the android app so that i can wake up my computer with the mobile network on my android phone. With another app it works fine cause i can use my dyndns adress. Is there any possibility to use my dyndns adress in the android app of PC Monitor?

All you need to do is forward the wol port in your router to your machine and it will work.

Hey, i forwarded the ports and it works. But when i shut down the computer the external IP changes and i cant start him again. You know what i mean?

I understand now you case. Sadly for this particular case I don't know any possible solutions rather than fixing the problem with the IP change while the computer is offline.

Check if your router support dyndns.
