How should one upgrade to 3.7 in WinXP? 

 

I tried sending an upgrade command from my Android app and nothing happened.  I also tried downloading the latest Windows Agent from the website and the install process would close on its own after executing.   Afterwards,  it still shows 3.6.

 

What gives?

This is odd. Have you uninstalled the old version before installing the latest one?

No because I didn't want to lose my settings . Do I have to un install to upgrade? 

No. Make sure your service is running on the computer and the Manager application is closed.

 

Using the mobile device try to tap on the version item and select upgrade.

 

Wait a few minutes then if nothing changes look into the installation folder and try to see if there is a file called update.txt . Post here the contents of the file after you remove any personal details that may be included in the logs.
