Administrators Paul Posted October 18, 2012 Administrators Posted October 18, 2012 Hello knoxlogic, Just some quick sanity checks: You have an active subscription on your account.You activated Screen View and Webcam View from PC Monitor Manager.You did not uncheck 'Screens' and 'Webcam' from the 'Available Features' tab in the PC Monitor Manager.You look at the same computer using PC Monitor mobile app or Web Application. ManCub37 Posted October 23, 2012 Posted October 23, 2012 I have a paid subscription with screen shot and webcam enabled on my pc but still it woun't take either. it will work on my laptop though. I will say that when I first tried to do it it had some kind of cyberlink message with a image of a webcam but i dismissed it to quickly and it never appeared again. any ideas?
