October 18, 201212 yr Administrators Hello knoxlogic, Just some quick sanity checks: You have an active subscription on your account.You activated Screen View and Webcam View from PC Monitor Manager.You did not uncheck 'Screens' and 'Webcam' from the 'Available Features' tab in the PC Monitor Manager.You look at the same computer using PC Monitor mobile app or Web Application. Can you confirm that all those are true? Paul.
October 18, 201212 yr Author I do not have an active subscription. I wanted to test this out fully before deciding on weather to use this product.
October 18, 201212 yr Author So? - Do I have to have an active paid subscription to view the screen and web cam? If not, everything is "checked" and "enabled", why isn't it showing up in my mobile app on my iPhone? am I missing something else?
October 18, 201212 yr Administrators I have just tested it out and I think Webcam and ScreenView features are not part of the trial subscription.
October 23, 201212 yr I have a paid subscription with screen shot and webcam enabled on my pc but still it woun't take either. it will work on my laptop though. I will say that when I first tried to do it it had some kind of cyberlink message with a image of a webcam but i dismissed it to quickly and it never appeared again. any ideas?
