Unable to register new system as no "agent group" exists

Hi there, I still have this issue on my macmini and imac, both late 2011, with High Sierra and agent 8.4.1.

Any agent group I create cannot be seen while connecting, I had to renew my mac systems and I cannot go back on the previous versions.

Has this been solved on the mac systems?

This issue is this being worked through but I would still like to raise a ticket on your behalf as we are seeing differences in the issue with other users. So if possible could you DM me your Pulseway email ID and or Instance name and I will raise the ticket on your behalf!

Could we please get an update on this?
I'm still having this issue on Mac Mini M2 using Pulsway agent 9.5
