Automation of Changing Pulseway Service Startup Type

We are taking snapshots of our server, but when we create (or restore) new server from that snapshot we are getting swarmed by conflicting Pulseway notifications. So, we would like to automate changing of Pulseway service, ideally with PowerShell, as we are already doing it for other services.
The idea is

You can do that but why not use the built-in script that enables the Pulseway Maintenance Mode a few minutes before your snapshot starts?
