Gary Sadly, the only way I've found to do this is manually going into each ticket and editing them directly. Cheers, Martin
April 13, 20187 yr Author Thanks Martin, that is what I did. I wish they would add this feature to the Batch actions. I had to reopen completed tickets to make the change and the close them again. This sent out emails to users and techs again. Â
