Aspect Posted November 7, 2017 Posted November 7, 2017 New Self Hosted Pulseway server.. Finally got up and running.. Now when adding agents, I'm unable to install extra modules, like Remote Desktop etc. See attached
Administrators Paul Posted November 8, 2017 Administrators Posted November 8, 2017 This indicates that the IIS web service didn't connect to slv.pulseway.com as there is a firewall blocking the connection or it simply didn't manage to do it yet. Now that some time has passed, does it work? If not please create an archive of the c:\logs folder and send it to support [at] pulseway [dot] com. -Paul
