cjs1976 Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 Hi, at the moment Request Support over the Pulseway Manager only supports a chat feature. The idea is to give the possibility to send an email to the support company, and if possible also with a screenshot feature. So it would be possible to create a ticket in the help desk system, or get a simple email. Not everything needs to be done immediatelly over a chat. Thanks, Christian.
Administrators Paul Posted July 5, 2017 Administrators Posted July 5, 2017 Hi Christian, Since we're triggering a Pulseway notification with the contents of the message you could possibly hook this into the Zendesk, Pulseway PSA or Autotask integrations to create tickets. You also have the option to receive emails for all notifications and then you can setup filters in your inbox to specify which will remain in the Inbox and get parsed by your ticketing system. Having the ability to attach a screenshot would be awesome though. -Paul
