Staff Chris Posted May 9, 2017 Staff Posted May 9, 2017 Hi Aaron, At first you need to configure the email server from the Pulseway webapp -> Server Admin -> Settings -> Email -> Server Settings (send a test email, to make sure that settings are correct). Once this is done, then you have to make sure, than email notifications are enabled for your account ( you can check it from the Pulseway webapp -> Server Admin -> User Accounts -> select required user account -> Details)

Yes, you can go to Server Admin -> Teams & Users -> All Users -> select the user you want to look up -> Details -> look for the email notifications checkbox. -Paul
