Michael Posted February 9, 2017 Posted February 9, 2017 Hi there, Is there any plan (or existing functionality) to be able to filter what notifications get sent as emails? Â We use Freshdesk and would like a ticket or email sent to it when a critical alert comes through. Thanks
Administrators Paul Posted February 9, 2017 Administrators Posted February 9, 2017 Hi Michael, Unfortunately there are no immediate plans for this but you could setup a rule in your inbox to automatically move non critical notifications to a separate folder and have Freshdesk only check the inbox. -Paul
