It would really be nice for when you are at the system level.. i can just select a script (let say cleanup Temp Files) to just run quickly on this system.

If you set it up as a Scheduled Task, you can run it from the mobile app.

Running individual scripts for just one system will be added in the next release, scheduled in two weeks time.  You will be able to browse the available scripts from the system details page and run any script on that system.
