The above message has been listed in the user sessions for Remote Desktop for several days now and won't let me connect to the machine.

I've gotten this message a few times from some users computers that I'm trying to remotely connect to. Is there a fix for this?

Hi John,

In order to resolve this issue, please restart the Pulseway service on that system by running the following PowerShell command from the Pulseway WebApp.

restart-service pulseway

Configure browser push notifications

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
