We currently use Pulseway to manage/monitor our clients' servers & critical infrastructure and would REALLY like to roll it out to all of our supported computers. The only thing holding us back is the current User Support Request functionality.

Currently for user desktop management we're using Soluto (the future of which is extremely uncertain) which has the excellent feature of turning the F8 button into a hotkey that users can press to instantly send Support a message and a screenshot. This makes the entire process of getting in contact with support frictionless for users and they love it - we receive over 60% of our support tickets through this channel.

Pulseway's current User Support Request functionality is good, but we've found its too complicated for most users to reliably use. Being able to use a hot key to pull up the User Support Request dialogue, include a screenshot, and allow us to automagically shoot that through to a connected Zendesk account would make Pulseway unstoppable.
