Posted April 2, 201510 yr We currently use Pulseway to manage/monitor our clients' servers & critical infrastructure and would REALLY like to roll it out to all of our supported computers. The only thing holding us back is the current User Support Request functionality. Â Currently for user desktop management we're using Soluto (the future of which is extremely uncertain) which has the excellent feature of turning the F8 button into a hotkey that users can press to instantly send Support a message and a screenshot. This makes the entire process of getting in contact with support frictionless for users and they love it - we receive over 60% of our support tickets through this channel. Â Pulseway's current User Support Request functionality is good, but we've found its too complicated for most users to reliably use. Being able to use a hot key to pull up the User Support Request dialogue, include a screenshot, and allow us to automagically shoot that through to a connected Zendesk account would make Pulseway unstoppable.
