gbrown481
is there any way that the remote desktop connection configs can be done centrally?  so for example we have 4 people using the dashboard on different pcs, can we set up the remote desktop configs on the enterprise server which then creates a config file that can be loaded into the dashboard. otherwise each person needs to amend each server in the dashboard.  Thanks in advance  Gary
Marius
Thanks Gary,  We will consider this.  I wonder about account credentials, you don't want to store them on the server, right?  Marius
gbrown481
not bothered about saving the credentials on the server, just the port numbers for different servers.  so say there was somewhere on the enterprise server that you could configure rdp connections for the client rather than on each dashboard?  having the rdp connection option in the dashboard is a big big plus though, so thanks for that! mygeeknc
I would agree with this, we haven't mass deployed remote desktop just yet but I feel it would be helpful to have this done centrally. The more we can do centrally, the easier it makes our jobs. Â
Staff Chris Posted December 1, 2014 Staff Share Posted December 1, 2014 Hi, Â You could create Pulseway Group Policies to enable the Remote Desktop feature for all group members. This way you can centrally enable the Remote Desktop feature for all monitored systems from one place. Â Regards, Chris Pulseway Support
