I agree, there is no data for any not connected device and this is bad on my levels.

Why do my clients see the other clients under the user teams, they may not have access, but this is a major security flaw in the design.

Would be great if could look up user for password reset on domain controller. Can only look for user ID, which is larger companies can be cryptic.

Agree 100%, when offline and communicating with client this is very problematic. Also the public IP address is nice, but the private IP address of local computer would also be easy to place in the main server/pc screen.

We are looking at Zendesk also, have these integration features happened?
