  1. OK.. that could work... i think... But still that is alone for Windows updates.. and not for an alert that can wait a few hours and will then be planned to pick up.. So please think of an postpone feature
  2. Webhooks? Like an API? LiveAgent itself has an API which you can talk to so...
  3. OK.. so most of the common antivirus products integrate with Action Center.. how do we setup notifications then?
  4. 1. Check backup status 2. Get notifications of bad backups. 3. Get notifications when there hasn't been a notification for x period/days 4. Start backup job 5. Create/delete/edit backup job
  5. Show in the roadmap what you are working on.. and what is scheduled for the next release.. and what is plant for coming releases. Coming release + next release is enough i guess.. then people know what they can expect.. when.
  6. Well then centralized with let labour for us please.. add smart sorting and mass action capabilities.
  7. For example we do get notifications on the dashboard about windows updates.. when i remove it.. couple of minute later it comes back again.. We do windows updates once every x-time so i want to be able to postpone an alert for x-period. Also for example a lesser issue.. which will be handled later that day.. in the evening for example (expand disks or something) I want to be able to postpone it for couple of hours.. so that only the really important notifications come through
  8. Add options to use certain Third Party Remote Control instead of your builtin Solution
  9. This is a very cool and very much the same (in pricing) solution as you guys.. Saw you already had Zendesk integration etc.. LiveAgent should really also be added.
  10. Add support to check signature and other warnings of all the common Antivirus products. Vipre Bitdefender Kaspersky etc...
  11. It would make the solution complete to be able to remote in to a system using the Mobile Apps. The Mobile Apps can do alot but still not everything so..
  12. If it will be added (in the very near future..) then I think i might be moving away from Logicnow Maxfocus RMM to you guys...
  13. Yeah i already found that.. i would not say that is "Central Management" also I cannot do simple multi selects like: Sort alle services on Automatic and then select all the automatic services at once instead of having to click every service. Or something like search for some with ABC and then being able to select things all at once.. The smart 2.0 stuff.. that I miss alot.. I found that you can add tags in the app (no where else..) But still i have to typ it in by hand.. every time.. that is very impracticle.. We should have the option do define global tags and then select them from list per device or be able to add tags to systems based on bulk action and/or search query. Intelligent stuf.. not labour intensive.. it should make our life easier right?..
  14. How do I add tags then? (still on a per system.. cumbersum -- decentralized way i presume..)
