At the end it wil be about 25 servers to monitor with 5 users.

With the upcoming 4.9 release (Monday) you will be able to generate an installed software report per scope (collection of groups, tags and system types). What would you like to see in a license management feature?
-Paul
Just able to specify per Scope / Customer what license they are entitled to.. cross match those with the installed licences (also on which systems and which users work on those systems) and then state a deficiency.. if there is one..

Hi Jeremy,
CPU, Memory and disk usage trends are coming up in the next 4.9 release (Monday). Mail queue and SQL dead locks sound interesting, we'll see what we can do about those.

Those are just examples.. i mean every metric you have.. ofcourse..

So basically the Automation module only gives you access to do Powershell? And schedule some stuff?
Still you have to Powershell the ***** out if yourself??

hmmm.. interesting..

That is why you should give us a real roadmap.. with the things that you are working on for the next release and the release after that.. then we do not have to ask every single time... and if one feature doesn't make the next release because its not 100% quality yet.. then just move it to the release after that.. but keep us more informed please.. everybody gets better about that.
Also add a beta program or something so we can help you test new or improved modules..

Now.. i can see if updates need to be installed and give the install command.
What about automating this.. or even scheduling this.. even better...
When its a vmware environment.. schedule windows update install. But first automatically create snapshots of all systems and then install the windows updates.
Afterwards .. sent a notification that the maintenance is done.. we can then check if the updates did not break anything.. and with a simple one click remove all the created snapshots and maintenance would be done.

+10000 for Synology Addon.. and also Add Netgear and QNAP to that same list!

Now the tool is mostly based on getting some basic notifications.. and is very strong at doing stuf from the mobile..
But i really am missing some piecharts and graphs with historical data of everything that can be monitored like..
CPU trends
Memory Trends
Disk usage Trends
Mail Queue Trends
SQL deadlock trends..
just to name a few.. you catch my drift..
