Hi,
Â
I think this issue is related to this announcement:
Â
Hope it helps.
Please let us know if it fixes the problem.
-
We have recently upgraded the SSL certificates on our servers to SHA-2 256 and this might cause a connectivity issue for some Windows 2003 servers.
Â
To resolve this issue please install the following hotfix (you will need a Microsoft account):
https://support.microsoft.com/kb/968730
Â
Â
You can also download the hotfix for the (English only) directly here:

Thank you, we will consider it for a future release.
-
Glad you got this sorted.
-
We have received your email and an engineer is actively looking into this.
So far, we could not reproduce this issue, all the notifications from our Linux servers are coming in as push notifications.
Â
What is the Linux agent version you are using?
-
Hi,
Â
No news just yet, it is a planned feature but we do not have an ETA just now.
-
It is very unlikely to be a bug, both Windows and Linux agents are not sending the notification directly but through our notification servers.Â
Â
Please email our support and we will investigate this further. Thank you!
-
Looks like you have disabled the server module(s). The notification settings for the disabled modules will not be available.
-
For now we have no plans to add any GUI to the new native agent.
-
Looks like the mobile device(s) you have registered on your account (if any) do not have push notifications enabled. In this case we will email the alerts.
Â
Please contact our support team and we'll be happy to assist with this.

Please contact our support team and we will help with the migration.
-
Please check that you have entered the username and password correctly.
-
We will consider this for a future release, thanks.
-
The new Windows agent is in the final QA stage and it is scheduled to be released in the next couple of days.Â
-
We are working on this.

Hi,
Â
On HP Proliant servers you can install "HP ProLiant Smart Array Event Notification Service" which can be downloaded from the support page of your HP server or here: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&softwareitem=MTX-e490f1753f2445968941396c39 . Also check out this article shows an example event generated by the service: http://h20565.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/template.PAGE/public/kb/docDisplay?javax.portlet.begCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken&javax.portlet.endCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken&javax.portlet.prp_ba847bafb2a2d782fcbb0710b053ce01=wsrp-navigationalState%3DdocId%253Demr_na-c01686968-4%257CdocLocale%253D%257CcalledBy%253D&javax.portlet.tpst=ba847bafb2a2d782fcbb0710b053ce01&ac.admitted=1408614962323.876444892.492883150
Â
Once the notification service is configured to write to the event log you can use Pulseway to notify you when such events are written.
