i have problem with this

i need to turn on my pc when i am not home

it work only when my phone connect to the same network (router) with pc

i can`t turn on my pc when i use gprs or another wifi network with my phone

Have you forwarded your WoL port in your router?

i tried to do this but i couldn`t save the changes in my router settings. when i set ip and port and... it doesn`t save.

my router is TP-LINK  TD-W8151N

and i want to wake up the pc with Xp Os by my iphone

please help me step by step with screen images
