even I enabled the shut down command in the agent I don't see that function available on my IOS app or the web dashboard.

 

What Am I missing?

Please check that the device has full access to the machine, that the shutdown command is enables in system tab in PC Monitor Manager and the command is not hidden inside the Display tab in PC Monitor Manager. Also if you are using associated accounts make sure you have full access. Paul

I'm having the same issue also.  I've checked and verified your suggestions and I still get no response.  I've also check the event viewer and I see the event issuing the command there, but the system doesn't shut down and my iPhone displays it as disabled even though I've set a time and enabled it.

Also verify that the shutdown command is not hidden in the group policy.
