Posted April 30, 201311 yr Many times when using the chat feature I will need to wait for a client to reply. If my client replies say later in the day, there is no way of knowing a message was sent without the chat session open. Is there a way same as when using the support request that a notification could be sent. I seem to miss a lot of chat messages when I dont keep the app open Thanks
April 30, 201311 yr Author Thank you Marius Also when a client clicks the Icon to request support, would you consider adding the abilty to reply back to the request? It would remove the extra steps of opening a new chat session on the originating computer just to reply to the message
