Hello,

I was wondering if it's possible to create new managers in PSA -> HR -> Departments. 

When we add a department we can select only two managers (myself and my colleague, both Pulseway administrators). We would like to add managers to departments, such as a HR Manager etc. Is this possible?

Hey @Daan - To be appointed as a Department Manager, a user must first be created as a "Employee". Additionally, new "Job Titles" can be created and assigned to users as needed. Then, once the employee has been added and the job title assigned, you can designate this user as the Manager of a Department. Let me know if this works for you🙂
