Jamie
Hi Pulseway Support, Since weeks I'm unable to use Remote Desktop for a specific customer through proxy. (Although, I can see that the systems are online etc.) In the settings of Pulseway Manager, I have set the correct proxy. Also, in the debugging logs on the client side the rd request appears to be received, but it still gives me the error (see attachment). According to the company that there's in between did double check the IP addresses and aligned what's on your page: https://intercom.help/pulseway/en/articles/3436466-pulseway-ip-addresses-used-by-the-pulseway-agent (The instance IP address that's linked to my url is also whitelisted). Sadly, still the same error. I hope you can help me with this.
Jamie
In the meanwhile I have been doing some more research. There is only one system that I am able to remote control, and it appears to be the case that this computer has Agent Version 9.5.1 installed. The other computers that I cannot take over (that gives above error message), are all on Agent Version 9.8. Therefore, I have a strong feeling that the issue lays in the latest Agent update. Administrators Anne Posted September 19 Administrators Share Posted September 19  Hi All We are incredibly sorry for the service disruptions and are actively looking into it but all systems should be stable now!
Jamie
Hi, Sadly, I still have the issue. I also don't believe that this was related, because I can take over the computer that does have the older Agent version installed. Please check.
