ITiseasy Posted October 31, 2022 Posted October 31, 2022 Is it possible to have a widget added on the dashboard that has to do with client portal conversations. Currently we have to check each time in the conversations to see if someone has messaged. We would like to be able to see incoming messages as a widget on the dashboard, is this possible?
