New mobile device registration - can't login - lost backup codes

Hi there,

I have a new mobile phone with no access to the old phone content (erased).

In order to register the new phone and since no longer being able to authorise the web login with the old phone, I'm being asked for one of the 10 backup codes.

The problem is that I'm not able able to locate those codes and I don't see any alternative way of logging in to my account.

Has anyone run into this issue and if yes how did you solve it?
