JDBaron25 Posted October 20, 2021 Posted October 20, 2021 I've been trying to get the cloud backup to work for weeks. I've been going back and forth with Pulseway support and there seems to be no resolution. In my case, no backup has ever even started to work. I've tired different templates, systems, schedules, etc. Every backup stays at 0% and never works even a little bit. I'm going to start attempting to debug the Unitrends application that is responsible for the backup, but I wanted to see if anyone else in the community is having this much trouble. Jamie Taylor 1

I demo'd the Cloud Backup and it has promise, but I found too many issues with it currently for me to be comfortable with using it in a production environment. I hope your issue gets worked out.
