Not sure if anyone might find this helpful but 2 way chat may be helpful from within the app...

Another feature which would be nice is keyboard/mouse in use. I have this feature with logmein and it is great as you might hesitate rebooting or performing a task which may affect the user currently logged in like applying windows updates...

  3. Adjust your preference.
