Matt Posted August 12, 2020 Posted August 12, 2020 First of all, thank you for this integration. This should prove to be much easier for techs to view and update their tickets. I do, however, have a suggestion to make it even better. I think it would be useful to be able to filter on ticket status. For example, show all tickets except completed.
