emu Posted February 23, 2020 Posted February 23, 2020 I'm trying to make a personal account for a home server, but it keeps asking me for a company name and business type. Is this intentional or am I doing something wrong?
Administrators Paul Posted February 24, 2020 Administrators Posted February 24, 2020 Hello, You can put in "Personal" as the company name and it will let you go through. It's a valid point though, we'll discuss this internally. -Paul
BenjaSat Posted April 19, 2021 Posted April 19, 2021 I got the same Problem now. What should I put in the field "server name"?

Jamie Taylor Posted May 24, 2021 Posted May 24, 2021 Hey there, Please email bdr@pulseway.com and they will be able to set up an account for you!
kai shan Posted August 12, 2021 Posted August 12, 2021 I have the same problem here. I have tried entering "Personal" in the company name sector, it still requires a business email. I also tried sending an email to the bdr@pulseway.com but I received the email delivery subsystem telling me "We're writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (bdr) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group. A few more details on why you weren't able to post:" Am I doing something wrong here ?
LilyManning Posted August 24, 2021 Posted August 24, 2021 Yeah, I see a lot of people need help, just like me
