I'm trying to make a personal account for a home server, but it keeps asking me for a company name and business type. Is this intentional or am I doing something wrong?

Hello,

You can put in "Personal" as the company name and it will let you go through. It's a valid point though, we'll discuss this internally.

This doesn’t work for me since every time I put my email in it changes, even if I put the company name as “Personal” and it always says in the email part when signing up “Please enter a valid work email”

Please email bdr@pulseway.com and they will be able to set up an account for you!

I have the same problem here. I have tried entering "Personal" in the company name sector, it still requires a business email. I also tried sending an email to the bdr@pulseway.com but I received the email delivery subsystem telling me "We're writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (bdr) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group. A few more details on why you weren't able to post:" Am I doing something wrong here ?
