Martin Stevnhoved
It doesn't look lige 2FA is used in Dashboard and Remote Desktop apps. Am I doing something wrong, or is it just not implemented yet?
Staff Chris Posted September 26, 2019 Staff Share Posted September 26, 2019 Hi @Martin Stevnhoved, Currently the 2FA is not requested when we you log onto the Pulseway WebApp, however when you initiate the RD connections, then you will be asked to approve connection from your mobile device. Martin Stevnhoved
Hi @Chris. That will not make our service desk happy. It will really bother the service desk, if they should use 2FA every time they start a screen sharing session. Can it be changed to only being used when signing in to the Remote Desktop application? Staff Chris Posted October 11, 2019 Staff Share Posted October 11, 2019 Hi @Martin Stevnhoved, We are currently working on the option to ask you for the 2FA approval only once once you log onto the Pulseway RD. The option to configure this will be added into the Pulseway WebApp -> Server Admin -> Settings -> Security tab. Note: this functionality will be introduced into the next release of the Pulseway RD.
