1. Would be great to read the logged in user name and use it in chat instead of computer name.
Then possibly confirm with the user that they are indeed the person logged in

2. Give user option to enter their email for chat history.

3. Allow admin to set email to send it to when chat is ended. (add button to end chat on admin and user side too)
