Email notifications are disabled by default in Pulseway. To enable them start Pulseway app on your computer and click the "Change Account Details" button on the Account tab. You will then be able to enable email notifications in the Account Details dialog.

Not at the moment. You can use a distribution list email address if you want this to work at the moment.

Pulseway app on the computer is the Pulseway agent. To monitor your systems, you need to install an agent. See the get started tutorial here.

Yes, it's somewhat confusing. They seem to call interchangeably; Pulseway App = Pulseway Manager = Agent = desktop client program/app all seem to mean the same thing.
