Posted November 22, 20186 yr I've requested a trial and I just configured a server. I'm using mycompanyname.pulseway.com. I've configured a mail server under server admin > settings > email and the test email is getting delivered but no notifications at my mailaddress. Did I miss something ?
November 22, 20186 yr Administrators Hi there, Can you check under the Server Admin -> Users & Teams -> select your username -> Details tab -> Check that email notifications are enabled there. -Paul
January 11, 20196 yr I checked in Server Admin / Teams and Users / Details for my admin user, and the option is checked for enable email and enable push. I'm receiving push notifications on my phone app, but not email notifications.  What's the email/domain the notifications are coming from so I can check our spam filter?
February 4, 20196 yr Administrators Hi there, For the Pro plan we use a transactional email service which sends emails from the following IPv4 address:Â 167.89.85.223. The sender email address is support@pulseway.com. The Team plan is using your own SMTP server and in your case the IP address that will connect to your server is:Â 209.212.145.145. -Paul
