June 29, 20186 yr Staff Hi Gary, Yes, there is the option to print and email ticket when you are adding the note. In order to do this, you will need to create the email template which will contain all the details of the ticket and then nselectit when you add Other emails to which to send the notification.
July 2, 20186 yr Author Thank you. I did see it before, and did not see it a while ago when I posted this. I have different blockers setup in my browsers which hid the print button. Thank you again.
